Terms of use

Last updated 10 July 2026. Draft pending final legal review.

What the service is

Aesthetic Passport is a record keeping app for aesthetic treatments, provided by Aesthetic Passport Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). It stores information that you and clinics you approve put into it, and it shows that information back to you and to people you choose. That is all it does.

What it is not

It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Entries reflect what you or a clinic recorded, and entries marked as added by you reflect your memory, not a clinical assessment. Always talk to a qualified practitioner about decisions concerning your health. If something in your record looks wrong, raise it with the clinic that made the entry.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your sign in method secure: anyone with access to your email or Apple ID can reach your record. Viewing keys you share are your responsibility; share them only with people you trust, and revoke them when you are done.

Your content

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them purely to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export everything as a file, and you can erase everything permanently, at any time, from inside the app.

Acceptable use

Do not put false information into records you share with others, do not attempt to access records that are not yours, and do not probe or disrupt the service. Clinic credentials are issued to verified clinics only and may be revoked if misused.

Verified entries

An entry marked verified means a clinic holding a credential issued by us submitted it and you approved it. We verify clinics before issuing credentials, but we are not a party to your treatment and do not warrant the clinical work itself.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, and the app lets you keep a local copy of your record on your phone. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending things

You can stop at any time: export your record, erase it, or both. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will say why. If we ever wind the service down, we will give you at least 90 days notice and a clear way to take your record with you.

The legal bits

These terms are a contract between you and Aesthetic Passport Ltd. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts there. If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we tell you in the app before it applies.
