Every safe treatment starts with an accurate history
Product, dose, site and date decide what is safe to do next. Filler interacts with filler. Toxin doses accumulate. Complications are rare, but when one happens, the treatment record is the first thing a doctor asks for and the one thing most patients cannot produce. Guesswork has no place in your face.
Entry 02 · How it works
Stamped at the source
Your clinic writes the entry. You approve it before it enters your record. It costs the clinic about a minute, and it holds for life.
Show your code
A single-use code from your Passport, valid for five minutes. Any phone camera can read it.
Approve the entry
Your practitioner records the treatment: product, dose, batch and site. Nothing enters your record without your approval.
Carry it for life
Encrypted and held in London. If your clinic closes or your practitioner moves on, your record does not go with them.
Entry 03 · The map
Tap your lips. Read their history.
Each treated area keeps its own page: what was used, at what dose, how recently. Your next consultation starts from an exact history instead of a best guess.
Photograph the product label and the entry keeps the brand and batch number. If a product is ever recalled, you can check your own record in seconds.

Nothing goes in without you
Every entry needs your approval and every reader your permission. There is no administrator override, because we never built one.
Access you can take back
Grant your practitioner access before a consultation and withdraw it after. Every view is logged where you can see it.
Gone means gone
Erasure destroys the encryption key, backups included. Your records become permanently unreadable, to us as much as to anyone.

Two people built this
One of us is an aesthetic doctor who asks for a treatment history several times a day and almost never receives one. The other decided that was a solvable problem. No advertising, no data brokers, nobody to sell you to. Write to us and a founder replies.

Fair questions
Who can see my record?
You. That is the whole list until you decide otherwise. Hand a viewing key to a doctor when it is useful, take it back when it is not, and see every look they took in the meantime.
What if my clinic doesn't use it yet?
Start without them. Add your past treatments yourself, with a label photo if you kept the box. When your clinic joins, and joining takes them about a minute, their entries arrive with a verified mark. Mention it at your next appointment. Clinics listen to the person in the chair.
Can I really delete everything?
Yes, properly. Erasing destroys the key that protects your records, so they turn to noise everywhere at once, backups included. Nobody can reverse it. That is what delete should have always meant.
Where is my data kept?
London. Encrypted before it touches a disk. It does not leave the UK unless you ask it to.
Is it free?
Free during the pilot. Later you will pay us a little, and that is deliberate: it keeps you the customer instead of the product.
Is there an Android version?
iPhone first. If the waitlist fills up with Android addresses, that changes the plan.
