The minute, walked

Nothing to install, no logins to manage, no new tab left open at reception. The patient's own approval does the security work.
Scan their code
After treatment the patient shows a code on their phone. Point any camera at it and a short form opens in the browser. That is the entire setup.
Write what you did
Treatment, area, notes if you want them. Common treatments autocomplete as you type. Your device remembers your credential, so the second visit starts at the actual work.
The patient approves
Your entry appears on their phone and they approve it while still in the chair. It lands marked verified, with your practitioner identity attached. Their data never sits on your systems.

They ask about products, batches, what was used last time and by whom. When your clinic is the one that hands them a verified answer, they notice, and they tell their friends who ask the same questions. And when a new patient arrives with a Passport, your consultation starts from their actual history instead of a shrug.
A patient can also grant you read access before a consultation and withdraw it afterwards. Their record, their rules. That boundary protects you as much as it protects them.
