The workflow

Nothing to install and no accounts to manage. The patient's own approval provides the security.
Scan their code
After treatment, your patient shows a single-use code on their phone. Point any camera at it and a secure form opens in the browser. That is the entire integration.
Record the treatment
Product, dose, batch and site, with notes if you want them. Common treatments autocomplete as you type. Your device remembers your credential, so the second entry takes seconds.
The patient approves
Your entry appears on their phone and they approve it in the chair. It lands marked verified, with your name attached. Their data never touches your systems.

They ask about products, batches, what was used last time and by whom. When your clinic is the one that hands them a verified answer, they notice, and they tell the friends who ask the same questions. And when a new patient arrives with a Passport, you consult from evidence instead of memory.
A patient can also grant you read access before a consultation and withdraw it afterwards. Their record, their rules. That boundary protects you as much as it protects them.
